Insight into the Kingdom
[CDA732 ]

In this Message Bob explores the Kingdom from the Eros/Agape paradigm. In 1963 Bob heard the Lord say, ?The same message will bring the same results.? This led him to press in and search for the kingdom. He began study Matthew 5-7, and now through his understanding of the Eros/Agape paradigm and Eugene Peterson?s translation in the Message he has started to see more clearly the Kingdom Jesus was teaching. This text is the constitution and bylaws of the Kingdom. We see the contrast of self/Eros to the Agape life of God. We are called to live generously in our created identities. Our focus shifts from ourselves to God and from a life of performance hoping for stardom to living simply and honestly before God. Bob says, ?These three chapters have put some new hope, strength, and release in me.? The way to life?to God!?is vigorous and requires total attention.
